唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床研究

目的：探讨唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床疗效。方法：选择辽宁省肿瘤医院2006年8月至2009年3月门诊及住院骨转移癌患者85例，均用药3周期后评价疗效。结果：局部疼痛控制cR52例（61．2％），PR22例（25．9％），总有效率为87．1％；活动能力改善情况显效49例（57．6％），有效18例（21．2％），总有效率78．8％；不良反应13例，占15．3％。结论：唑来膦酸可明显提高骨转移癌患者局部疼痛缓解率，延长局部疼痛缓解时间，提高生命质量。

Clinical research of zoledronic acid in the treatment for bone pain with bone metastusis
