广州市白云区学龄前儿童伤害流行病学调查

目的:了解广州市白云区学龄前儿童伤害的特征,为预防与控制伤害提供流行病学资料。方法:通过广州市儿童伤害监测网络,调查白云区学龄前儿童伤害发生情况及相关因素。结果:儿童伤害发生率在学龄前儿童随年龄增长而降低,男童伤害发生率明显高于女童(P<0.01);伤害多发生在幼儿园和家中;伤害发生部位以头面部居多,其次为腕和手;伤害多发生在玩耍/娱乐活动中;儿童伤害的首位原因为跌伤,其他依次为:钳锐器伤、烧烫伤、道路交通伤、动物伤;跌落和道路交通伤是致死的主要原因。结论:减少儿童伤害需要社会各部门的参与,应采取综合措施进行干预。

Epidemiological investigations of injuries among preschool children in the Baiyun district of Guangzhou city

Objective:To learn the features of injuries among the preschool children in Baiyun district,Guangzhou city and further to provide some epidemiologicai data for injury prevention and intervention.Methods:The injuries and related factors were investigated among the preschool children through the injury surveillance network in Guangzhou.Results:The rate of injury reduced with the age in the preschool children,and that was higher among boys than among girls(P<0.01).The primary cause of injury was falling,and followed by the blunt/sharp instrument injuries,bums and scalds,road traffic injuries and animal bite injuries.Falling and road traffic injuries were the leading causes of death among the preschool children.Conclusion:To reduce injury of preschool children requires comprehensive measures with the participation in all sectors of society.
