摘    要:目的:探讨Ang2和VEGF在正常宫颈上皮、子宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌组织中的表达及相关性研究。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法,从蛋白水平检测Ang2和VEGF在20例正常宫颈组织、32例宫颈上皮内瘤变、52例宫颈癌组织中的表达。结果:Ang2和VEGF在子宫颈癌中的表达明显高于子宫颈上皮内瘤变和正常宫颈上皮,三者差异显著;VEGF在子宫颈上皮内瘤变与正常宫颈上皮中的表达相比差异显著;Ang2和VEGF的表达水平均与子宫颈癌的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关,而与患者年龄、组织学类型、分化程度无关。结论:Ang2和VEGF参与宫颈癌血管生成,影响癌瘤的发生与发展;VEGF在正常宫颈组织向宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌转变过程中起到重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the expressions of Angiopoietin 2(Ang2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in normal cervical epithelium,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and cervical cancer tissue,conduct correlational study. Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of Ang2 and VEGF in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue,32 cases of CIN,and 52 cases of cervical cancer tissue at protein level. Results:The expression levels of Ang2 and VEGF in cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in CIN and normal cervical epithelium,there was significant difference among the three groups;there was significant difference in the expression level of VEGF between CIN and normal cervical epithelium;the expression levels of Ang2 and VEGF were correlated with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,but they were not related to age,histological types,and degrees of differentiation. Conclusion:Ang2 and VEGF participate in the angiogenesis of cervical cancer,and affect the occurrence and development of cervical cancer;VEGF plays an important role in the process of transforming from normal cervical tissue to CIN and cervical cancer.
