19500例不孕妇女及4141例孕妇TORCH感染情况分析

目的:了解不孕妇女及孕妇TORCH感染的状况。方法:调查对象为19 500名育龄期不孕妇女及4 141名孕妇,TORCH-IgM抗体的检测采用ELISA捕获法。结果:不孕妇女弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒IgM抗体阳性率分别为0.04%、0.19%、0.54%、0.27%,总阳性率为0.89%;孕妇抗体阳性率分别为0.12%、0.29%、0.87%、0.39%,总阳性率为1.47%。结论:北京地区不孕妇女及孕妇TORCH感染率低。不孕妇女TORCH总感染率低于孕妇,TORCH感染与不孕的关系并不明确。

Analysis on the infection status of TORCH in 19 500 infertile women and 4 141 pregnant women

Objective:To understand the infection status of TORCH in infertile women and pregnant women.Methods:A total of 19 500 infertile women at childbearing age and 4 141 pregnant women were selected as research objects,ELISA was used to detect TORCH-IgM antibody.Results:The positive rates of Toxoplasma IgM antibody,Rubella virus IgM antibody,Cytomegalovirus IgM antibody,and Herpes simplex virus IgM antibody in infertile women were 0.04%,0.19%,0.54%,and 0.27%,respectively,the total positive rate was 0.89%;the positive rates of Toxoplasma IgM antibody,Rubella virus IgM antibody,Cytomegalovirus IgM antibody,and Herpes simplex virus IgM antibody in pregnant women were 0.12%,0.29%,0.87%,and 0.39%,respectively,the total positive rate was 1.47%.Conclusion:The infective rate of TORCH is low among the infertile women and pregnant women in Beijing city,the total infective rate of TORCH in infertile women is lower than that in pregnant women,the relationship between TORCH infection and infertility is not clear.
