中山市民众镇2008～2010年幼儿园儿童健康状况

目的:评估民众镇辖区儿童的生长发育状况、营养状况、龋齿患病情况、贫血患病情况,为制定民众镇儿童发展规划提供科学依据,提高全镇儿童的素质。方法:通过收集2008～2010年民众镇幼儿园儿童的资料,包括性别、出生日期、身高、体重、血红蛋白、龋齿等各项指标。分别利用年龄别体重、年龄别身高、身高别体重、血红蛋白含量等指标进行评价。结果:2008～2010年民众镇幼儿园儿童的身高和体重均低于国家同年龄组的平均水平,发育迟缓、肥胖的检出率逐年下降,而低体重、消瘦的检出率逐年上升,3年来龋齿的患病率逐年升高,贫血患病率最高为2010年,达5.66%。结论:民众镇幼儿园儿童的生长发育水平和营养状况令人担忧,除低年龄组外其他各年龄组的身高、体重增长水平均低于国家平均水平,既有消瘦儿童也有肥胖儿童,而营养过剩和营养不良现象也并存,民众镇幼儿园儿童龋齿的患病率逐年升高。

Health status of the children in the kindergartens of Minzhong town of Zhongshan city from 2008 to 2010

Objective:To evaluate the growth and development status,nutritional status,prevalence of dental caries,and prevalence of anemia of the children in Minzhong town,provide a scientific basis for designing development plan for the children in Minzhong town,improve the quality of children in Minzhong town.Methods:The data of children in the kindergartens of Minzhong town from 2008 to 2010 were collected,including gender,birth date,body height,body weight,hemoglobin,and dental caries.The indexes including weight for age,height for age,height for weight,and hemoglobin were used for evaluation.Results:The average body height and body weight of the children in kindergartens of Minzhong town from 2008 to 2010 were lower than the national average levels at the same age groups,the detection rates of developmental delay and obesity decreased year by year;but the detection rates of low body weight and emaciation increased year by year;the prevalence of dental caries from 2008 to 2010 increased year by year,the prevalence of anemia in 2010 was the highest,reaching 5.66%.Conclusion:The growth and development level and nutritional status of the children in kindergartens of Minzhong town are worrying,the increases of body height and body weight in the children except low age group are lower than the national average levels,emaciation,obesity,overnutrition and malnutrition coexist,the prevalence of dental caries in the kindergartens of Minzhong town increases year by year.
