| 摘 要： | 目的:观察宫腔镜引导下刮宫术后配合达英-35治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法:选择经宫腔镜检查诊断为子宫内膜息肉的67例患者,以单纯行宫腔镜引导下刮宫的32例作为对照组,以宫腔镜下刮宫后口服达英-35 3个月的35例作为治疗组,比较两组术后子宫内膜息肉的复发率和临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组较对照组复发率低,临床症状改善率高。结论:子宫内膜息肉刮除术后配以短效口服避孕药治疗效果好,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect of endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic dilatation and curettage matching Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.Methods:The total of 67 patients with endometrial polyps were divided into observation group(35 cases) and control group(32 cases).All 67 patients were receipted hysteroscopic dilatation and curettage,.but ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets were matched for 3 months in the observation group.Results:The recurrence rate of the observation group was significant lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The matching ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets after hysteroscopic dilatation and curettage is an effective treatment to endometrial polyps,it is worthy of clinical application. |
