流动育龄女性免费避孕药具使用情况调查

目的:了解育龄女性避孕节育方法使用情况和影响免费避孕药具使用的因素。方法:采用匿名问卷调查了解调查对象的年龄、文化程度、收入等信息和采取避孕的方法、获取避孕药具途径的信息。结果:①近1年内未婚流动女性有性生活比例为17.2%,已婚流动人口有性生活比例为88.6%,已婚户籍人口有性生活比例为96.3%。调查对象性生活时采取避孕的比例为76.0%。②选择避孕方法以避孕套和节育环为主,分别占49.2%和27.9%,领取了免费药具的人群占61.8%。③近1年内进行过流产的有7.7%。④年龄、文化程度、家庭收入和户籍是影响调查对象领取免费避孕药具的重要因素,文化程度和家庭收入较低的人群领取免费药具的比例低。结论:社区外来女工主要选择避孕套作为常用避孕方法,但她们很多没有领取过免费药具,需要加强服务和宣传。

Investigation on the usage of free contraceptive devices among the floating women of childbearing age

Objective:To understand the usage of free contraceptive devices among the floating women of childbearing age and the effect factors.Methods:An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the age,educational level,income,contraceptive methods,and the way to get contraceptive devices among the respondents.Results:In the past year,17.2% of the floating unmarried women had sexual life,88.6% of the floating married women had sexual life,and 96.3% of the married registered permanent residents had sexual life.76.0%of the respondents adopted contraception.The main contraceptive devices were condom and intrauterine device,accounting for 49.2%and 27.9%,respectively,61.8% of the respondents had used free contraceptive devices.7.7% of the respondents had abortion in the last year.Age,educational level,family income,and registered permanent residence were major effect factors of usage of free contraceptive devices among the respondents;the proportion of usage of free contraceptive devices was low among the population with low educational level and family income.Conclusion:The most frequently used contraceptive device among the floating female workers in communities is condom,but most of them didn’t use free devices,so services and publicity should be enhanced.
