低出生体重儿液体配方奶对极低/超低出生体重儿生后早期生长发育的影响

目的:研究低出生体重儿液体配方奶对极低/超低出生体重早产儿生后早期生长发育的影响,进而评估其临床应用效果。方法:选择胎龄≤32周住院的极低/超低出生体重儿,分为观察组和对照组,分别给予低出生体重儿液体配方奶和普通早产儿配方奶粉喂养,观察喂养后体格发育指标、喂养相关指标、合并疾病等方面的差异,进行统计学分析。结果:应用低出生体重儿液体配方奶喂养的极低和超低出生体重早产儿体重增长速率高于对照组;体重增长所需热量、恢复至出生体重所需时间、喂养耐受时间、静脉营养应用时间均低于对照组;感染、贫血和高间接胆红素血症的发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低出生体重儿液体配方奶由于可提供高热量,有效利用度高,肠道负荷小,且应用方便、能保证极低和超低出生体重儿生后早期良好的生长发育,同时可减少其并发症的发生。

Effect of liquid formula milk for low birth weight infants on early growth and development of very low birth weight infants/extremely low birth weight infants after birth

Objective:To study the effect of liquid formula milk for low birth weight infants(LBWI) on early growth and development of very low birth weight infants(VLBWI) and extremely low birth weight infants(ELBWI) after birth,evaluate its clinical application effect. Methods:The VLBWI and ELBWI with fetal age≤32 weeks were selected,then they were divided into observation group and control group,the infants in the two groups were fed with liquid formula milk for LBWI and ordinary formula milk powder of premature infants,respectively,the differences of physical developmental indexes,feeding-related indexes,and complications after feeding were observed and analyzed statistically. Results:The rate of weight gain in observation group was higher than that in control group;the heat quantity for weight gain,the time return to birth weight,the feeding tolerance time,and the application time of intravenous nutrition in observation group were lower than those in control group;the incidences of infection,anemia,and indirect hyperbilirubinemia were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Liquid formula milk for LBWI can supply high heat quantity,the effective utilization degree is high,the intestinal burden is low,and it is easy to apply,which can ensure the good early growth and development of VLBWI and ELBWI,meanwhile,it can reduce the occurrence of complications.
