手法按摩配合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后乳汁淤积的疗效观察

目的:探讨手法按摩与低频电脉冲联合治疗产妇乳汁淤积的治疗效果。方法:将205例发生乳汁淤积的产妇随机分为治疗组104例和对照组101例,治疗组采用手法按摩联合低频电脉冲治疗,对照组给予常规物理治疗。观察两组的疗效、乳腺炎的发生率及母乳喂养的依从性。结果:治疗组产妇乳汁淤积的治愈率为55.8%,总有效率为100.0%;对照组治愈率为44.6%,总有效率为75.3%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组乳腺炎发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),母乳喂养依从性较对照组显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:手法按摩与低频电脉冲联合治疗产后乳汁淤积的临床疗效好,值得推广应用。

Observation on the curative effect of manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation in treatment of postpartum galactostasis

Objective:To explore the curative effect of manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation in treatment of postpartum galactostasis.Methods:A total of 205 parturient women with galactostasis were randomly divided into treatment group(104 women) and control group(101 women),the parturient women in treatment group were treated with manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation,while the women in control group were treated with routine physiotherapy.The curative effects,incidences of mammitis,and the compliances of breastfeeding in the two groups were observed.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate of galactostasis in treatment group were 55.8% and 100.0%,respectively;while the cure rate and total effective rate of galactostasis in control group were 44.6% and 75.3%,respectively,there was significant difference in the effect rate between the two groups(P<0.01).The incidence of mammitis in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The compliance of breastfeeding in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation is good in treatment of postpartum galactostasis,which is worthy to be popularized.
