妊娠期高血压患者血清IL-6与胎盘Fas相关性研究

目的:探寻妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清IL-6与胎盘Fas的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法:随机选择妊娠期高血压孕妇49例为病例组,以1:2配比的方法选择同期住院的正常孕妇98例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附实验ELISA法检测孕妇血清IL-6的水平,免疫组化染色SP法测定胎盘组织Fas的表达。结果:病例组血清IL-6和胎盘Fas蛋白的含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IL-6与胎盘组织Fas呈明显的正相关(r=0.736,P<0.05)。结论:IL-6和Fas共同作用导致妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和发展。

Study on the correlation between serum IL-6 and placental Fas in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective:To explore the expressions,interaction,and significances of serum IL-6 and placental Fas in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods:Forty-nine pregnant women with HDCP were selected randomly as case group,then 1∶ 2 matching method was used to select 98 normal pregnant women who hospitalized at the same time as control group,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the serum levels of IL-6 among the pregnant women in the two groups,immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Fas in placental tissue.Results:The levels of serum IL-6 and placental Fas in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);there was a significant positive correlation between serum IL-6 expression and placental Fas expression(γ=0.736,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined effect of IL-6 and Fas induce the occurrence and development of HDCP.
