欣母佩用于产后出血治疗的临床效果分析

目的:探讨欣母沛对产后出血患者临床结局的影响,加深对产后出血的认识,降低孕产妇死亡率。方法:对181例产后出血患者的临床结局进行回顾性分析,以吉林大学第一医院妇产科引进强力宫缩药物——欣母沛的时间为分界,之前住院分娩的2 773例孕产妇中发生产后出血的94例孕产妇为A组;之后住院分娩的1 399例孕产妇中发生产后出血的87例孕产妇为B组。比较欣母沛对产后出血发生率、出血量、子宫切除率及产后出血相关并发症发生率等的影响。结果:预防性应用欣母沛和积极、有效的抢救流程明显降低了产后出血患者的出血量及子宫切除率,并且对缩短手术时间、减少平均住院日、减轻患者经济负担有积极作用。结论:产后出血由多种原因和多种危险因素导致;完善的分娩前准备及评估、欣母沛的预防性应用及完善的抢救流程明显降低了产后出血患者的出血量及子宫切除率,显著减少了相关并发症的发生,对患者保留生育能力和改善生活质量有重要意义。

Analysis on the clinical efficacy of Hemabate used for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effect of Hemabate on clinical outcome of the patients with postpartum hemorrhage,deepen the understanding of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce maternal mortality. Methods:The clinical outcomes of 181 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.Taking the time introducing strong uterotonic-Hemabate into the hospital as a dividing line,94 pregnant women with postpartun hemorrhage among the previous 2 773 hospitalized pregnant women were selected as group A;87 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage among the subsequent 2 773 hospitalized pregnant women were selected as group B.The effects of Hemabate on the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of blood loss,the rate of hysterectomy,and the incidences of related complications were compared. Results:Prophylactic use of Hemabate and active,effective salvage process obviously reduce the amount of blood loss and the rate of hysterectomy among the patients with postpartum hemorrhage,which played active roles in shortening operation time,reducing average hospitalization time,and relieving economic burden. Conclusion:Postpartum hemorrhage is caused by many reasons and risk factors;perfect preparation and evaluation before delivery,prophylactic use of Hemabate,and perfect salvage process reduce the amount of blood loss and the rate of hysterectomy among the patients with postpartum hemorrhage,decrease the occurrence of related complications,which has important significance for reserving reproductive ability and improving the quality of life.
