冠盖藤化学成分预实验

目的：采用系统预试法对冠盖藤可能含有的化学成分进行预实验，初步探索冠盖藤的化学成分。方法：分别对盖藤用水和乙醇提取，取滤液做理化鉴别。结果：冠盖藤中含有鞣质，糖、多糖及还原糖类成分，皂苷类成分，黄酮类成分，物甾醇、三萜类成分，内酯、香豆素类成分，酚类成分。不合有生物碱类成分。可能含有蒽醌类成分，有机酸，强心苷类成分。论：初步确定冠盖藤中含有多种化学成分，为冠盖藤进一步的开发利用提供了实验基础。

Preliminary tests for Chemical Components of Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thoms. Leaves

Objective To identify the chemical components of Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thorns. Leaves using com- prehensive perlimnary tests. Methods The mixture liquid was extracted from Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thorns.Leaves with purified water and 95% ethanol was studied using physical chemistry identity.Results Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.Let Thoms. Leaves contain sugar, polysaccharide and reduction of carbohydrate components, saponins, flavonoids ingredients of composition, plant sterol, triterpene composition, lactone, coumarin, phenolic compounds of composition. Don＇t contain alkaloids class com- position. May contain anthraquinone class composition, tannins, organic acid, strong heart nucleoside composition.Conclusion Table is determined primarily Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thorns. Leaves contains many types of chemical composition for the table, the development and utilization of Pileostegia viburnoides Hook.f.et Thoms. Leaves further providesexperimental ba- sis.
