| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中CO2气腹对心血管系统的影响。方法行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的慢性胆囊炎合并胆石病患者50例，根据术中CO2气腹压力分为低气腹压组和高气腹压组各25例，观察CO2气腹不同阶段心率、血压、血氧饱和度和心电图的变化。结果CO2气腹建立时心率减慢、血压降低；建立30min后心率加快、血压升高，部分病例心电图发生变化；气腹消退后恢复正常。血氧饱和度无明显变化。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中CO2气腹可引起一过性心率、血压、心电图改变，但仍然是一种安全有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of CO2 pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on the cardiovascular function. Methods Fifty patients with chronic cholelithiasis undergone laproscopic surgery were selected. During various stage of CO2 insufflations, heart rate( HR), blood pressure, oxygen saturation and electrocardiogram(ECG) were detected. Results When CO2 pneumoperitoneum was established, HR and blood pressure decreased. After 30 minutes HR and blood pressure increased obviously. ECG changed on some patients. These changes restored after pneumoperitoneum was eliminated. Oxygen saturation had no distinct changes. Conclusion CO2 pneumoperitoneum caused temporary changes of HR, blood pressure and ECG. LC procedure is safe to patients with gallstone. |
