| 摘 要： | 目的：对专利合成溴芬酸钠路线进行改进。方法：以对溴苯甲腈和吲哚啉为原料，经硫化、氧化、氯化、酸水解、碱水解开环生成溴芬酸钠。结果：总收率为28．8％。结论：工艺适合于生产。

| Abstract: | AIM:To develope the synthesis route of bromfenac.METHOD:Bromfenac sodium was prepared from p -bromobenzonitrile and indoline.RESULT:The total yield was 28.8%. CONCLUSION:This synthesis route is applicable for large sale production. |
