“三科两室”查房模式在三级护理业务查房中的应用

"三科两室"联合查房是由主管业务副院长带队,医务科、护理部、质控科、医患办及临床药学室共同参与的一种新型业务查房模式。我院护理部将此查房模式与传统的三级护理业务查房有机结合,充分发挥"三科两室"联合查房的优势,提高了三级护理业务查房的效果,使护理工作质量得以持续改进,有效推进了优质护理服务工作的全面落实。

The application of multi-department participating clinical rounds in the tertiary care business rounds

Multi--department participating clinical rounds is a new kind of hospital, business rounds mode led by a competent vice president, with the joint participation of Medical Services, Department of Nursing, Quality Control Division, Physician-patients Office and Clinical Pharmacy Room. Our hospital Care Unit practicaUy combines this rounds mode and traditional tertiary care business rounds together, thus giving full play to the advantages of Joint Rounds to improve the effect of the tertiary care business rounds, so the quality of care gets sustainable improvement, effectively advancing the implementation of the comprehensive quality care.
