30例腹部贯通伤患者的抢救及护理配合分析

目的探讨腹部贯通伤患者的抢救方法及其护理配合效果。方法随机选择2007年1月至2013年1月我院收治的30例腹部贯通伤患者作为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨有效治疗腹部贯通伤患者的抢救和护理方法。结果 30例患者中,29例患者在进行抢救和护理治疗后,病情全部好转并最终痊愈出院,有效率为96.7%。1例因为同时并有严重的心包填塞,抢救无效死亡。结论及时对腹部贯通伤患者进行抢救治疗,并配合熟练的护理,能够在很大程度上提高腹部贯通伤患者的治愈率。

Analysis with the Rescue and Nursing of 30 Patients with Penetrating Abdominal Trauma

Objective To study the abdomen through injury patients rescue methods and nursing cooperation effect. Methods Randomly selected from January 2007 to January 2013 our hospital by 30 cases of abdominal injury patients as the research object, the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed, and to explore effective treatment through abdominal injury patients of rescue and nursing methods. Results 30 cases of patients, in the rescue and nursing of 29 patients after treatment, all feeling better and eventually recovered discharge, the effective rate was 96.7%. 1 case because at the same time with severe cardiac tamponade, rescue invalid death. Conclusion The timely rescue therapy in patients with abdominal through injury, and cooperate with the skilled nursing, can largely improve the cure rate of through abdominal injury patients.
