护理干预对膝骨关节炎的疗效和护理效果分析

目的探讨护理干预对膝骨关节炎患者的治疗效果和对护理干预的效果进行分析。方法将我院于2012年1月至2013年12月收治的122膝盖关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组患者接受常规的治疗和护理,观察组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上,实施系统的护理干预。比较两组患者出院时膝骨关节炎的恢复效果,并对护理干预的效果进行分析。结果观察组和对照组患者功能恢复的有效例数分别为59例和42例,两组结果的差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。膝关节功能评分改善情况、健康知识掌握情况、健康教育满意度评分比较治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对膝骨关节炎患者的关节功能恢复具有十分显著的治疗效果,值得在临床广泛推广。

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention and Nursing Effect on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing interventions for the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee and to analyze the effects of nursing interventions. Methods In our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 admitted 122 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group 61 cases. Control patients received conventional treatment and care, observe patients in the conventional treatment and care, the implementation of the system of nursing interventions. Restoration of knee osteoarthritis, and to analyze the effects of nursing interventions when comparing two groups of patients discharged. Results The results of valid cases in the observation group and the control group in patients with functional recovery were 59 cases and 42 cases, the results are significant differences between the two groups, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The function of knee joint score improvement, health knowledge, health education satisfaction score of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint function recovery with a very significant treatment effect, should be popularized in clinical practice.
