老年股骨粗隆间骨折88例治疗体会

目的总结我院对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗经验。方法本观察共收录88例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中保守治疗和手术治疗分别44例。结果保守治疗18例患者整体康复情况及生活质量较手术治疗的患者差。行手术治疗者住院最长37 d,最短9 d,平均19 d。术后行患肢功能锻炼和骨折三期辨证治疗收到良好的治疗效果。两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折进行手术治疗能够减轻骨折带来的疼痛,避免长期卧床带来的并发症,提高患者的生活质量,延长患者的生命。

88 Cases of Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture Treatment

Objective Our purpose of the study is to summarize elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture treatment experience of our hospital. Methods This observation included a total of 88 cases of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture, the conservative therapy and operation therapy respectively in 44 cases. Results The overall recovery situation and life quality of the 18 patients who received conservative treatment were worse than the patients who received surgical treatment. The patients of surgical treatment were in hospital for longest 37 days and shortest 9 days, an average of 19 days, and they had taken limb functional exercise and differential treatment of fractures 3 after operation, which received good treatment effect. The difference of excellent rate between the two group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking surgical treatment for elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients can reduce the pain brought by fracture, avoid the complications brought by bedridden, improve the life quality of patients and prolong the lives of patients.
