内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道早期肿瘤的临床护理

目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)的治疗消化道早期黏膜下肿瘤的临床护理措施。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2012年12月采用ESD治疗的39例消化道早期黏膜下肿瘤的治疗及护理资料。结果 39例患者的手术均顺利完成,5例患者的创面有出血现象,采用压迫止血后出血停止。其余34例患者术后没有发生出血、穿孔及其他消化道不良反应及并发症。结论在ESD术中正确运用护理程序,做好手术前的准备、手术前和术中的护理及配合,以及术后护理观察,可以保证手术成功进行,减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复,提高ESD治疗效果。

Clinical Nursing of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for Early Gastrointestinal Tumor

Objective Endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） clinical nursing measures of treatment of early gastrointestinal submucosal tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2011 to December 2012 using ESD treatment of 39 cases of early gastrointestinal submucosal tumor treatment and nursing data. Results The operation of 39 patients were successfully completed in 5 patients, the wound bleeding, the bleeding stopped after hemostasis. The remaining 34 patients without bleeding, perforation and other gastrointestinal adverse reactions and complications. Conclusion Using the nursing procedure correctly in the ESD during operation, good preparation before operation, before and during the nursing and cooperation, and postoperative nursing observation, can guarantee the success of operation, reduce the occurrence of complication, promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the curative effect of ESD.
