端粒酶在前列腺癌组织中的活性表达及意义

目的探讨端粒酶在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测41例前列腺癌组织、18例前列腺增生组织和11例正常前列腺组织中端粒酶活性的表达,并与肿瘤的临床分期、分级及淋巴结或骨转移情况进行比较分析。结果41例前列腺癌组织中湍粒酶的阳性表达率为82.9%,明显高于良性前列腺增生(5.6%)及正常前列腺组织,而且表达率随肿瘤的临床分期、分级升高而增加,有淋巴结或骨转移者表达率高。结论端粒酶活性在前列腺癌组织中表达率高,在浸润转移过程中起重要作用,可作为前列腺癌早期诊断及估计预后的指标之一。

Expression of telomerase activity in prostate cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of telomerase activity in prostate cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Mathods Immunohistochemical staining assay was conducted to detect expression of telomerase in 41 cases prostate cancer tissue,18 cases benign prostatic hyperptasia tissue and 11 cases normal prostate tissue.the relationships among tetomerase expression,clinical stage,grade and lymph nodes or bone metastasis were analyzed.Result The positive rates of telomerase are 82.9%、5.6% in 41 cases prostate cancer tissues,18 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue respectively.No expression of telomerase activity was found in 11 cases normal prostate tissue.With the improvement of clinical stage and grade,the expression of telomerase were gradually increased.Telomerase expression with lymph nodes or bone metastasis was higher.Conclusions Telomerase play a key role in the invasion of prostate cancer. It may be an useful predictor of early diagnosis and evaluating prognosis in human prostate cancer.
