炎症及促凝活性指标在2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化中的意义

目的 观察血浆炎症及促凝活性相关指标的水平变化在2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者诊治评价中的意义。方法采用免疫比浊法、酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法和血凝分析仪，分别检测单纯糖尿病组60例、糖尿病合并大血管病变组74例和正常对照组46例血浆hsCRP、PAI—1、t—PA和Fbg浓度。结果2型糖尿病血管病变组的hsCRP、PAI—1和Fbg水平均高于无血管病变组和正常对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），但t—PA在各组间差异无显著性。结论hsCRP、PAI—1和Fbg等水平的升高，可能与2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成有关。

The significance of changes of inflammatory and procoagulant activity indexes in diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the changes of high sensitive C-reactive protein,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,tissue-type plasminogen activator and fibrinogen in diabetic patients with or without macrovasular disease;and to study the significance of inflammatory and procoagulant activity in atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The concentrations of high sensitivity C-reactive protein,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,tissue-type plasminogen activator and fibrinogen in diabetic patients with or without macrovasular disease and normal controls were tested by ELISA and blood coagulation analyzer. Results The concentrations of high sensitive C-reactive protein,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,and fibrinogen in diabetic patients with or without macrovasular disease were higher than that in normal controls,and that in diabetic patients with macrovasular disease are higher than that in diabetic patients without macrovasular disease(P<0.05,P<0.01),however the levels of tissue-type plasminogen activator were not different among the three groups. Conclusion The inflammatory and procoagulant activity is associated with atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
