白芍醇提物抗炎镇痛作用与前列腺素E2的相关性研究

目的 研究白芍醇提物的抗炎镇痛作用与前列腺素E2的相关性。方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀模型和琼脂致小鼠肉芽肿模型观察白芍醇提物的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热水缩尾反应实验和醋酸致痛扭体反应实验观察白芍醇提物的镇痛作用;测定琼脂肉芽肿炎症模型小鼠和醋酸扭体法致痛模型小鼠血液的前列腺素E2含量。结果 白芍醇提物可显著缓解小鼠耳片肿胀和小鼠琼脂肉芽肿（P〈0.05）,延长小鼠热水缩尾反应的缩尾潜伏期（P〈0.05）,减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数（P〈0.05）;降低琼脂肉芽肿炎症模型小鼠和醋酸扭体法致痛模型小鼠血清前列腺素E2水平（P〈0.05）。结论 白芍醇提物的抗炎镇痛作用可能与抑制体内的前列腺素E2合成或释放有关。

The Correlation Between PGE2 and the Anti-Inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of the Alcohol Extract from Radix Paeonia Alba

Objective To study the correlation between PGE2 and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the alcohol extract from Radix Paeonia Alba.Methods The anti-inflammatory effects of the alcohol extract from the Radix Paeonia Alba were observed in two kinds of mice models：ear swelling induced by xylene and gar-induced chronic granuloma.The analgesic effects of the alcohol extract from the Radix Paeonia Alba were observed in another two kinds of mice models：the classical writhing test caused by ice acetate and warm bath methods.The contents of PGE2 in mice serum were measured on the mice models with gar-induced chronic granuloma and writhing test caused by ice acetate.Results The alcohol extract from the Radix Paeonia Alba inhibited the swelling ear and gar-induced chronic granuloma in mice significantly（P0.05）,prolonged the tail-curling latency（P0.05）,decreased the writhing frequency markedly（P0.05）,and reduced contents of PGE2 in mice serum markedly（P0.05）.Conclusion The alcohol extract from the Radix Paeonia Alba has the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,which may be related to inhibiting of the production of PGE2.
