竹沥胶囊对慢性咽炎患者咽部异常菌群检出率的影响

目的 探讨竹沥胶囊对慢性咽炎患者咽部异常菌群检出率的影响及其临床疗效。方法 以2009年3月至2013年5月我院收治的108例慢性咽炎患者为研究对象,随机等分为治疗组和对照组。所有患者均采用超短波治疗、口服草珊瑚含片和补充维生素。同时,治疗组口服竹沥胶囊,0.1mg/次,3次/d;对照组口服鲜竹沥口服液,30mL/次,3次/d。疗程为15d。结果 治疗组异常菌群检出率较对照组低（P〈0.05）,临床总有效率较对照组高（P〈0.05）,且未见明显不良反应。结论 竹沥胶囊治疗慢性咽炎可降低咽部异常菌群检出率,提高临床疗效,且无明显不良反应。

The Effect of Zhuli Capsule on the Detection Rate of the Abnormal Flora in Pharynx of Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective To explore the influence of Zhuli capsule on the detection rate of pharyngeal abnormal flora and its clinical effect to chronic pharyngitis.Methods 108 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from March 2009 to May 2013 were randomly divided according to the treated time sequence into the control group（54cases）and the treatment group（54cases）.Both of them were treated with ultrashrot wave,Caoshan HU lozenge and vitamins.Beyond that,the treatment group were treated with Zhuli capsule（0.1 mg/t,3t/d）;the control group were treated with Xianzhuli oral liquid for 15days（30 mL/t,3t/d）.Results Detection rate of pharyngeal abnormal flora in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）without any side effects.Conclusion Treating with Zhuli capsule can reduce the pharyngeal abnormal flora detection rate significantly and improve the clinical effect with no obvious adverse reactions.
