垂体腺瘤术后早期并发症的处理体会（附26例报道）

目的探讨垂体腺瘤术后早期常见并发症的发生原因、预防措施及治疗效果。方法26例患者巾男13例，女13例，年龄25～78岁，病史1周～20年；手术采取经颅切除肿瘤16例，经口鼻蝶切除肿瘤10例。结果26例患者术后25例出现尿崩症，经过治疗后均得到缓解，最短2d就恢复正常，最长2（1d症状消失，均为暂时性的；2例术后出现脑脊液鼻漏，其中1例经保守治疗好转，另1例经过二次修补手术后也好转。结论垂体瘤术后早期可出现多种并发症，影响患者的生存和预后，因此提高术中显微操作技巧，术后严密监测生命体征，及时对症处理，可以减少并发症的发生，并促进并发症的恢复。

The management of early-stage complications in the post-operation patients with pituitary adenoma: report of 26 cases

Objective To explore the cause,prevention and treatment of common early-stage complications of pituitary adenoma after the operation.Methods We reviewed the clinical data of 26 patients with pituitary adenoma,including 13 males and 13 females,and their age ranged from 25 to 78 years.The course of disease ranged from 1 week to 20 years.16 cases underwent transcranial operation for the resection of pituitary adenoma,while the other 10 underwent trans-oral-nasal-spenoidal operation.Results In 26 patient,25 patients exhibited diabetes insipidus after the operation.The symptom disappeared in 2 to 20 days with treatment.Two cases had cerebrospinal fluid fistula in which 1 patient got better after conservative treatment,the other also got better after re-operation.Conclusions There are some early-stage complications after the operation of pituitary adenoma.In order to reduce the complication,it is necessary for us to elevate microsurgical technique.
