肠镜活检大肠腺瘤癌变临床病理分析

目的 研究大肠腺瘤癌变肠镜活检的病理诊断。方法 对40例经肠镜活检及术后病理诊断证实为大肠癌患者的临床资料、病理组织学分型进行探讨。结果 手术前肠镜活检大肠腺瘤620例(650个腺瘤)，病理检查腺瘤癌变26例(26个)，15例为腺瘤伴Ⅰ～Ⅲ级非典型性增生。手术后病理证实40例为腺瘤癌变。组织学分型以绒毛状腺瘤癌变为主(24例)，其它为管状绒毛状腺癌(14例)，管状腺癌2例。结论 大肠癌与大肠腺瘤癌变关系密切，大肠腺瘤无论体积大小均应尽早切除为好。

Enteroscope biopsy on large intestine adenoma canceration

Objective To investigate the pathological diagnosis of enteroscope biopsy on large intestine adenoma canceration. Methods The clinical data and the types of histopathology of 40 patients with large intestine cancer confirmed by enteroscope biopsy and postoperative pathology were studied. Results Of 620 cases of large intestine adenoma confirmed by enteroscope biopsy, 40 cases of adenoma canceration were found by postoperative pathological examination. There were 24 cases of villous adenoma, 14 of tubular villous adenoma and 2 of tubular adenoma. Conclusion The large intestine cancer is closely related to large intestine adenoma canceration. The surgical treatment of large intestine adenoma should be performed as early as possible.
