| 摘 要： | 髌尖撕脱骨折为髌骨骨折中较特殊类型的关节内骨折,自2000年10月至2005年6月,用克氏针张力带法临床治疗138例,通过内固定提高其稳定性和牢固性,有效地恢复髌骨外形,避免了髌骨的部分切除,不失为一种治疗髌尖骨折的安全有效方法。
