118例胃肠间质瘤临床及预后分析

目的:探讨胃肠间质瘤(GIST)的临床特征及其预后影响因素。方法:回顾分析2007年1月—2012年12月118例经手术治疗GIST患者的临床病例资料,比较相关因素对患者预后的影响。结果:118例患者中男57例,女61例,中位年龄58岁,肿瘤位于胃59例,小肠35例,结直肠12例,胃肠道外12例,患者随访时间1~73个月,随访期间15例(12.7%)发生术后复发和(或)转移,11例患者死亡。Logistic回归分析显示,肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、肿瘤是否破裂和核分裂像与GIST患者预后有关。Cox回归模型显示,肿瘤部位和核分裂像是影响GIST患者预后的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论:GIST缺乏特异临床表现,肿瘤部位和核分裂像是影响GIST患者预后的独立危险因素。

Clinical and prognosis analysis of 118 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor

Objective： To study the Clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods： By retrospective analysis from January 2007 to December 2012 Qingdao Municipal Hospital treated 118 cases of surgical treatment of patients with GIST clinical data to compare related factors on the prognosis of patients. Results： 57 cases of 118 cases of patients with men, women, 61 cases, median age 58 years of age, the tumor located in 59 cases of stomach, small intestine and 35 cases colorectal 12 cases, 12 cases, gastrointestinal tract in patients with follow-up of 1-73 months, there are 15 cases（12.7%） occurred during follow-up postoperative recurrence and （or） transfer, 11 cases patients died. Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor site, tumor size, tumor rupture and fission as related to the prognosis of patients with GIST. Cox regression model shows that the tumor site and fission like the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with GIST （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： rumor site and fission like independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with GIST.
