自拟扶正愈肝方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎30例疗效观察

目的 :观察自拟扶正愈肝方对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法 :将60例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组 ,观察组30例服扶正愈肝方 ,对照组30例服齐墩果酸片合左旋咪唑片。结果 :治疗组总有效率90% ,对照组总有效率76 67% ,两组疗效比较 ,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后肝功能指标(ALT、TbiL、A/G)及肝纤维化指标(PCⅢ、CG)均明显改善(P<0.01) ;两组间比较 ,肝功能指标(ALT、TbiL、A/G)的疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05) ,肝纤维化指标(PCⅢ、CG)的疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 :自拟扶正愈肝方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Curative Effect Self- Prepared Fuzheng Yugan Decoction on 30 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B

Purpose: To observe the curative effect of the self-prepared Fuzheng Yugan Decoction (FYD) on chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 60 cases with this disease were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The treatment group was given FYD and the other oleanolic acid and levamisole. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) with the total effective rate being 90% for the treatment group and 76.67% for the control group. After the treatment, the indexes of the liver function (ALT, Tbil, and A/G) and those of the liver fibrosis (PCIII and CG) showed marked improvement for both groups (P<0.01). When compared between the two groups, no significant differences were indicated in the curative effect on the indexes of the liver function (P>0.05) but great differences could be observed on the indexes of the live fibrosis (P<0.05). Conclusions: The self-prepared Fuzheng Yugan Decoction can produce a considerably good curative effect on chronic hepatitis B.
