| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏性紫癜的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法报道1例过敏性紫癜治疗中,因双下肢下垂引起紫癜反复的病例,并进行理论复习。结果双下肢下垂能引起过敏性紫癜的皮疹反复发作。结论治疗过敏性紫癜时,卧床休息,抬高患肢,能防止紫癜反复发作。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of allergic purpura.Methods To report 1 case of recurrent allergic purpura which has caused by the ptosis of both lower limbs in the course of treatment,and we review the relative theories.Results The ptosis of both lower limbs could cause recurrent allergic purpura.Conclusions Bed-rest and put up the affected limb could prevent the recurrent allergic purpura in the course of treatment. |
