氨溴索对高氧肺损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察氨溴索对高氧肺损伤的保护作用。方法将63例长时间吸氧的新生儿随机分为两组,对照组32例,给予常规治疗;观察组31例,在常规治疗的基础上加用氨溴索。结果观察组发生支气管肺发育不良等肺损伤并发症1例占3.2%,对照组7例占21.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.45,P<0.05),平均吸氧时间和机械通气时间观察组分别为(9.1±5.9)d和(3.0±0.8)d,对照组为(12.9±7.1)d和(3.0±12.2)d,两组比较,t分别为,P均<0.05,有显著性差异,观察组优于对照组。结论氨溴索可以减轻高氧引起的肺损伤,减少吸氧和机械通气的时间。

Abstract:Objective Observation of ambroxol on hyperoxic lung injury.Methods 63 patients with prolonged neonatal oxygen divided into two groups,control group 32 patients received conventional therapy;observation of 31 patients in the conventional treatment based on the use of ambroxol.Results Observation group had bronchopulmonary dysplasia and other complications,one case of lung injury 3.2%,7 cases were 21.9%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 4.45,P〈0.05);average time and oxygen Mechanical ventilation time to observe the group were(9.1 ± 5.9) d and(3.0 ± 0.8) d,the control group(12.9 ± 7.1) d and(3.0 ± 12.2) d,the two groups,t respectively,Pall0.05 There were significant differences in the observation group than the control group.Conclusions Ambroxol may reduce lung injury caused by high oxygen,reducing oxygen and mechanical ventilation time.
