| 摘 要： | 目的观察补阳还五汤治疗重型颅脑引起的顽固性呃逆的效果。方法将120例重型颅脑引起的顽固性呃逆患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用中药补阳还五汤加减鼻饲或口服,对照组60例采用胃复安足三里穴位注射或利他林肌内注射及丙戊酸纳鼻饲或口服。比较2组的治疗效果。结果总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组75.0%。两组比较差异显著(P>0.05)。结论采用补阳还五汤治疗重型颅脑外伤引起的顽固性呃逆,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of Buyanghuanwu in the treatment of thentractable hiccup after severe craniocerebral injury.Methods One hundrend and twenty patients diagnosed of intractable hiccup after severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into treatment group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The control group was treated with point Zusanli Injection of Metoclopramide or Ritatin muscular injection and Sodime Valproate nasal feed or take orally.The treatment group was treated with Buyanghuanwu nasal feed or take orally.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% respectively in the treatment group.The total of effective rate was 75.0% respective in the control group.There was statistical difference between the two group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of intractable hiccup after severe craniocerebral injury with Buyanghuanwu has good effects in treating insomnia. |
