高频彩超对剖宫产切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症的诊断分析

目的探讨高频彩超对剖宫产后腹壁切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症的超声诊断。方法对16例腹壁瘢痕子宫内膜异位症的超声表现,结合手术及病理检查进行分析、总结。结果 16例病灶均位于腹壁切口瘢痕下方或邻近组织内,包块形态呈梭形、椭圆形或不规则形,边界模糊,没有明显包膜,内部呈不均质低回声。包块周边及内部见点状或短棒状散在血流信号,呈低速高阻型血流频谱。结论高频彩超对剖宫产切口瘢痕子宫内膜异位症有较高的诊断价值。
