| 摘 要： | 目的研究泽泻水提物的利尿活性及对肾脏髓质水通道蛋白2(AQP2)的调节作用。方法筛选合格利尿大鼠30只,分为生理盐水组、呋塞米组、泽泻100 mg/kg组、泽泻500 mg/kg组、泽泻1 000 mg/kg组,每组6只。观察单次及连续8次给予泽泻水提物后大鼠尿量,尿Na+、尿K+,尿Cl-的水平,使用RT-PCR方法观察肾脏髓质AQP2 mRNA的相对表达含量。结果单次及连续8次给予正常大鼠泽泻水提物均可显著增加尿量,升高尿Na+、尿K+,尿Cl-水平;8次给予正常大鼠泽泻水提物后显著降低大鼠肾脏髓质AQP2 mRNA相对含量表达。结论泽泻水提物具显著利尿活性,其利尿活性与降低肾脏髓质AQP2作用有关。
