多层螺旋CT观察正常肠系膜上动脉

摘    要:目的探讨国人正常肠系膜上动脉(SMA)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现及相关测量指标,为SMA病变的影像学诊断提供依据。方法 200名(男107名,女93名)接受64层螺旋CT腹部双期增强扫描的正常成人,按年龄分为青壮年组和中老年组,按性别分为男、女两组。选定在左肾静脉入下腔静脉层面测量SMA、肠系膜上静脉(SMV)及腹主动脉(AA)的直径,SMA直径与肠系膜上静脉直径的比值(dSMA/dSMV),SMA直径与腹主动脉直径的比值(dSMA/dAA),SMA后壁至腹主动脉前壁的距离(d1),SMA与腹主动脉的夹角(α);十二指肠中点层面SMA后壁至腹主动脉前壁的距离(d2)。结果 200名受检者的SMA显示清晰,其中变异者有15名,变异率为7.50%。dSMA、dAA、dSMV、α(°)、d1、d2男女两组间差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);dSMA/dAA、dSMA/dSMV男女两组间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。各项指标在年龄组间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT能较好地反映SMA的正常解剖和变异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the appearance of the normal superior mesenteric artery(SMA)with MSCT,in order to provide accordance in diagnosing the disease of SMA.Methods Totally 200 normal subjects(107 men and 93 women)underwent abdominal two-stage contrast-enhanced CT.All subjects were respectively divided into 2 groups according to age and 2 groups according to sex.The layer in which left renal vein entered into inferior cava vein was chosen to measure the diameter of SMA(dSMA),superior mesenteric vein(dSMV),abdominal aorta(dAA),the ratio of the diameters of SMA and SMV(dSMA/dSMV),the ratio of the diameters of SMA and AA(dSMA/dAA),the distance between SMA and AA(d1),the angle of SMA and AA.The center level of duodenum was chosen to measure the distance between SMA and AA(d2).Results SMA was clearly displayed in all 200 subjects,and 15 mutations of SMA were found,the mutation rates was 7.50%.The data of dSMA,dAA,dSMV,α(°),d1,d2 between men and women were statistically significant(P0.05),but the data of dSMA/dAA and dSMA/dSMV had no statistical significance(P0.05).Indicators in each age groups showed no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion MSCT can depict anatomic characteristics of superior mesenteric artery and its variants.
