不典型后颅窝肿瘤的MRI诊断价值

目的:总结分析6例不典型后颅窝肿瘤的MRI表现,旨在提高对后颅窝肿瘤的认识。方法:对手术和病理证实的6例后颅窝肿瘤进行回顾性分析。6例均行MRI平扫加增强检查。结果:手术病理证实室管膜瘤1例,T1WI低信号,T2WI高信号,信号均匀;髓母细胞瘤2例,其中1例位于四脑室内;星形细胞瘤2例,其中1例位于小脑蚓部,1例T1WI稍低信号,T2WI高信号;实性血管网织细胞瘤1例,T1WI稍低信号,T2WI高信号,无明显囊性改变,大部分肿瘤明显强化。结论:不同的后颅窝肿瘤有其好发部位,MRI可显示各种肿瘤的不同特征,具有较高的定位定性准确率,是诊断后颅窝肿瘤最重要的手段之一。增强扫描能提高定性准确率。

MRI Diagnosis of Atypical Posterior Fossa Tumors

Objective:To assess the value of MRI in detecting atypical posterior fossa tumors by analyzing their MRI findings.Methods:Six cases of the atypical posterior fossa tumors,confirmed surgically and pathologically,were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent MRI examinations with and without intravenous injection of contrast media.Results:There were 1 case of ependymoma,2 cases of medulloblastoma,2 astrocytoma and 1 hemangioblastoma.Conclusion:MRI can show the characteristics of different types of posterior fossa tumors with high diagnostic accuracy,and MRI is considered as the most important means of diagnosing posterior fossa tumors.Contrast enhanced MRI can improve diagnosis accuracy obviously.
