| 摘 要： | 目的观察神经肌肉本体易化技术对偏瘫肩痛患者上肢功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将40例偏瘫肩痛患者按编码随机抽取法分观察组和对照组各20例。对照组采用常规康复训练，观察组在常规康复训练的基础上选择性使用肩胛和上肢的神经肌肉本体易化技术，治疗时间为4周。采用视觉模拟评分法、Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）、改良巴氏指数分别评定两组患者康复训练前后肩痛、上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果两组患者康复训练前后，组内肩痛、上肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力评分比较，差异均有统计学意义；康复训练后观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论神经肌肉本体易化技术能明显改善偏瘫侧肩痛、上肢功能和日常生活活动能力。
