| 摘 要： | 应用苯那普利对鼠单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO) 的肾间质炎性细胞浸润的作用进行观察。结果显示:UUO 后第5 d ,苯那普利治疗组鼠肾间质的相对体积及浸润炎性细胞数明显低于对照组( P < 0 .05) ;UUO 后第10 d,两组差异无显著性( P > 0 .05) 。表明苯那普利对UUO 早期肾间质性炎症有防治作用

| Abstract: | Effect of benazeprile on renal interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO). The results showed that the relative volume of interstitium and number of infiltrating inflammatory cell on the fifth day were significantly less in rats with benazeprile than the control group, but the difference between two groups lose significance on the tenth day. These data indicate that benazeprile can ameliorate early phase of renal interstitial inflammation in UUO. |
