小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗脓毒症患儿临床疗效及安全性评价

目的:评价小剂量低分子肝素钙对脓毒症患儿的临床疗效及安全性.方法:92例脓毒症患儿随机分为对照组46例,试验组46例.两组患儿均给予吸氧、抗感染、治疗原发病等常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙,10IU/kg每12h皮下注射.比较患儿凝血功能及临床疗效.结果:治疗后试验组临床总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(69.57%),差异具有统计学意义P<0.05;治疗后两组APTT、PT及TT时间均有下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组APTT、PT及TT时间均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组FIB水平升高(P<0.05),且试验组FIB水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:小剂量低分子肝素钙能够提高脓毒症患儿多余的临床治疗疗效,改善凝血功能.

Curative Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Small Dose of Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium for the Treatment of Children with Sepsis

Objective:To evaluate the curative efficacy and safety of small dose of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium for the treatment of children with sepsis. Methods: 92 cases of children with sepsis were randomly divided into control group(46 cases) and experiment group(46 cases). Patients in both groups were given oxygen,anti-infection,treatment of the original disease and other conventional treatment. Accord-ing to the control group,patients in the experiment group were given low molecular weight heparin calcium at 10 IU/kg every 12 hours by subcutaneous injection. After treatment,coagulation function and clinical curative effect were compared. Results:The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group (95.65%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.57%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the PT,TT and APTT in 2 groups were slightly decreased,but not statistically different ( P<0.05) . The APTT,PT and TT in patients of the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . The FIB levels were significantly increased with time and the values in experiment group were sig-nificantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups ( P >0.05) . Conclusion:Small dose of low molecular weight heparin calcium can im-prove the clinical treatment efficacy,improve the coagulation function in children with sepsis.
