参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床观察

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液肺癌化疗患者近期疗效及免疫功能的影响.方法:将74例放疗肺癌患者,随机分为试验组(参芪扶正组)、阳性对照组(艾迪注射液组)及空白对照组.结果:试验组总有效率优于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组在CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞与阳性对照组无差异(P>0.05),而空白对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:参芪扶正注射液能改善肺癌患者的免疫功能,提高化疗疗效.

Clinical Observation with Lung Cancer Undergoing Shenqifuzheng Combined Themotherapy

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng Injection on quality of life and immune function in patients with chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods:We analyzed 74 cases of lung cancer patients randomly divided into treatment group ( Shen Qi Fu Zheng group ) , positive control group ( Addie injection group) and blank control group. Results:In terms of total effective rate, the treatment group was higher than the blank group, the difference was significant ( P < 0.05) . After treatment, the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and NK cells were no difference between the treatment group and the control group ( P>0.05) , While the con-trol group after treatment, CD3, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio were lower than before treatment ( P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment, the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and the blank control group had statistical significance with the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection combined with che-motherap can improve the curative effect and the immune function in the lung cancer patients.
