临床回顾性调查巨大儿340例分析

目的:探讨巨大儿的分娩方式与妊娠结局的关系.方法:通过对1999年至2001年间340例巨大儿进行回顾性分析.结果:巨大儿的发生率为6.8%(340:5007),呈逐年升高趋势.巨大儿组的手术产率,产后出血,新生儿窒息发生率分别为57.4%,17.4%,12.4%,明显高于非巨大儿组(P＜0.01),影响母儿预后.结论:巨大儿的发生与孕妇的孕周、体重有关,更主要是孕期营养摄入与消耗失衡所致.定期的产前检查,根据妊娠情况指导孕妇合理膳食及运动,适时分娩是预防巨大儿发生的有效措施.提高巨大儿的诊断率,选择适当的分娩方式,适当放宽剖宫产术指征,是减少母儿并发症的关键.

The Analyses On 340 Cases of Giant Fetuses

Objective to probe into the relationship betwe en giant fetuses' delivery methods and pregnant re-sults.Method To carry out reviewing analyses dire cted at the 340cases of giant fetuses born from1999till 2001.Result The occurrence rate of giant fetuses is 6.8%(340:5007)and is increasing year by year.The su rgical delivery rate,the postpartum haemorrhage rate,the in fantile asphyxia rate are respectiv ely 57.4%,17.4%and 12.4%,which are obviously higher than those of non -g iant fetuses and apparently affect m other and baby' s postpartum recovery.Conclusion The occurrence of a giant fetus is related to a pregnant woman' s pregnant time and her weight,esp.caused by her misbalanced nutritious intak e and consumption during her gestation.Regular antenatal examination,a pregnant woman' s reasonable diets and movements in a ccordance with her pregnancy,timely childbirth are effective measures to prevent the occurrence of a giant fetus.To improve the diagnosis rate of a giant fetus,to choose timely delivery ways and broaden the symptoms (or regulations)of Caesarean operation are keys to re ducing mother and baby' s complications.
