摘    要:目的考察毛脉酸模果实不同部位中大黄素及白藜芦醇的含量,为其合理开发利用提供理论依据。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析大黄素及白藜芦醇的含量。结果毛脉酸模一等种子的大黄素及白藜芦醇含量均高于二、三等种子,大黄素在花被片中含量较高,白藜芦醇在一等种子中含量较高。结论在生产中,选择果实入药较种子更经济、简便。

Abstract:Objective To study the content of rhaponticin and resveratrol in different parts of Rumex gmelini fruits to provide the theoretical basis for rational developing and utilizing Rumex gmelini fruits. Methods The HPLC method was adopted to analyze the contents of rhapon- ticin and resveratrol. Results The contents of rhapontiein and rusveratrol in the first order seed of Rumex gmelini were higher than those in the second and third order seeds. The resveratrol content in the first order seed of Rumex gemelini was higher, and the rhaponticin content in the perianth of Rumex gemelini was higher. Conclusion In production, selecting the fruits used as medicine is more economic than selecting the seeds.
