| 摘 要： | 目的观察健脾益肺补肾汤合转移因子治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的疗效。方法选择RRTI患儿150例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组、正常组,每组50例;正常组给予常规治疗;对照组在常规治疗的基础上予口服转移因子口服液,疗程2个月;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服健脾益肺补肾汤和转移因子口服液,疗程2个月。结果完成疗程后治疗组血红蛋白,血清铁、血清锌,血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG,血清CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平与对照组相比均明显升高(P均0.05)。结论健脾益肺补肾汤合转移因子对小儿RRTI疗效显著,成本低廉,值得在临床推广应用。
