医院绩效考核管理系统的设计与应用

摘    要:针对医院原始手工绩效考核模式的不足,研究设计了医院绩效考核管理系统,利用信息化管理工具实现医院的绩效考核,保证数据来源的真实性、可靠性、实时性,保证数据统计计算的科学性和准确性。详细介绍了医院绩效考核管理系统的体系结构、系统功能及特点。最后对基于平衡计分卡的考核体系进行了讨论。该系统在医院实施后,提高了绩效考核透明度和准确度,提高了医院职工的工作积极性和工作效率,提升了医院管理水平。

Design and Application of the Hospital Performance Appraisal Management System

Abstract:Aiming at the shortages of the traditional manual model for performance appraisal in hospital, the paper researched and designed the hospital performance appraisal management system to carry out performance appraisal by using information management tools , to ensure that the data sources are authentic, reliable, real-time, to ensure that the data statistics calculation is scientific and accurate .The paper detailed the design of the system structure, system function and the system characteristic. Finally the paper discussed the technology of the performance appraisal system based on the BSC. With the implementation of the system in the hospital, the performance appraisal transparency and accuracy is improved and the hospital staff' s enthusiasm and efficiency is improved and the hospital management level is improved.
