摘    要:目的:通过分析中南大学湘雅医学院神经病学不同的双语教学模式与教学效果的关系以提高中南大学湘雅医学院双语教学质量。方法:采用方差分析的方法分析三种不同双语教学模式,即模式1(全英文课件,全中文授课模式)、模式2(采用英文短语或句子表达常用专业词汇及相关概念、其他以中文形式表达的课件,中英文结合授课模式)和模式3(采用英文短语或句子表达常用专业词汇及相关概念、并且具中文对照、其他以中文形式表达的课件,中英文结合授课模式),并对此三种双语教学模式的教学效果进行分析比较。结果:接受模式3进行双语教学的学生所掌握的神经病学专业基础知识及专业英语水平的提高要高于模式1或2。结论:模式3有助于提高中南大学湘雅医院神经病学双语教学效果。

Analysis of relationship between modes and effect of bilingual teaching of neurology

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the relationship between different modes and the effect of bilingual teaching of neurology in Xiangya Medical College,Central South University and improve the bilingual teaching efficiency.Methods: With the analysis of variance,a research was conducted to analyze the three Chinese-English Teaching Modes namely:Mode l(all courseware in English,but taught in Chinese),Mode 2(for the courseware,frequently-used professional terms and related concepts in English,and all the other contents in Chinese language, taught in Chinese and English),and Mode 3(for the courseware slides,frequently-used professional terms and related concepts in English with Chinese equivalents,and all the other contents in Chinese language,taught both in Chinese and English) and the teaching effectiveness of the three modes was compared.Results: Students who receive Model 3 have a higher level of the professional knowledge of neurology and professional English,compared with those who receive the mode 1 or 2.Conclusion: Mode 3 will help improve the bilingual teaching effectiveness of the Neurology in Xiangya Hospital,Central South University.
