| 摘 要： | 通过分析医学影像医师专科培训的各项考核数据,结合培训人员的反馈意见,详细阐述了以导师为核心的医学影像医师培训体系实践的必要性、可行性及其优势。分析了该体系对于提高医学影像专科医师临床能力的应用价值;同时,对以导师为核心的继续教育培训体系的进一步完善提出了设想。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the assessment data and feedback from trainers,this paper analyzes the feasibility and advantages of tutorial system for the continuous education of medical imaging physician specialist,evaluates the clinical application of tutorial system for improving the ability of medical imaging specialist,meanwhile,provides a new vision to improve the tutorial system for the continuous medical imaging education for physician specialists. |
