摘    要:目的:寻找一种理想的生物内固定材料. 方法:用生物可吸收性聚乳酸/偏磷酸钙复合物棒对20只兔股骨髁上实验性骨折行髓内固定,术后2, 4, 8和12 wk分别经X线摄片、肉眼、光镜和电镜对骨折的愈合、材料的降解性能和力学性能进行观察. 结果:骨折端无明显的炎性反应和异物反应,所有骨折均愈合,骨折最终愈合后固定材料逐渐重吸收. 12 wk时PDLLA/CMP复合材料弯曲强度95%CI为78.88~92.32 MPa,弹性模量95%CI为6.24~7.24 GPa,拉伸强度95%CI为93.91~111.57 MPa. 结论:聚乳酸/偏磷酸钙复合材料生物相容性和机械性能良好,是一种有前途的骨外科内固定材料.

Bioresorbable high-strength bone rod for internal fracture fixation
Abstract:AIM: To find an ideal biomaterial for internal fixation. METHODS: Twenty rabbits with fracture of the femur diaphysis (superiorcondyle) were treated by intramedullary nailing of femur with composites rod of resorbable DL polylactic acid (PDLLA) calcium metaphosphate (CMP). The animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after surgery. The fracture healing, the material degradation and mechanical properties were studied with X ray films, macroscopic, microscopic and electron microscopic observations. RESULTS: No marked inflammatory reaction was found and all the fractures healed with material resorbed. At 12 wk, the 95% CI of the bending strength, the elastic modulus and the tensile strength of the PDLLA CMP fibers composites was 78.88-92.32 MPa, 6.24-7.24 GPa, 93.91-111.57 Mpa, respectively. CONCLUSION: The PDLLA CMP has an excellent biocompatibility and mechanical properties, and it may be a promising implant material in orthopedics surgery.
