416例前牙根管治疗效果分析

目的：根管治疗是保留患牙的一种最有效的方法，本文阐述根管治疗与类别、年龄、病因、症状等不同因素与完成根充的成败关系；方法：通过X光片了解根尖病变情况及根管走向，高速牙钻打开髓腔，根管拔髓扩大棉捻清洗根管，用牙胶尖加碘仿糊剂充填；结果：根管治疗对不同年龄、有无症状根充与治疗效果有很大差异，而对患牙类别、病因无明显差异；结论：成功的根管治疗，是保留牙齿，治疗根尖周病最有效的治疗手段。

The Analysis of The Root Canal Theraputic Effect to The 416 Cases of Anterior Teeth

Objective:Root canal therapy is one of the best ways to keep the trouble teeth,this article studies the connection of the root canal therapy with the patient age,the sort of the teeth ,the different pathogeny and the existence of the symptom.Method:We use odontoradiography to know the periapical condition and the direction of the root canal,then apply high-speed engin open the root canal,extirpate pulp,prepare root canal and use tampon to rinse the root canal.At last,we use idoform paste with gutta-perdia root canal point to fill the root.Result:The effect of root canal therapy relates to different age and the existence of the symptom,thus,there is no prominently difference with the sort of the trouble teeth and the pathogeny.Conclusion:The successful root canal therapy is the best ways to keep the teeth of the pulp periapical periodontopathy.
