| 摘 要： | 目的∶研究少儿视网膜脱离的临床特点。方法∶回顾分析 1994至 2 0 0 1年 17岁以下 2 0 1例、2 0 6眼视网膜脱离的临床资料。结果 :患者以男性居多 ,发病以 11～ 17岁者最多 ,增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)以B级和C级发病率最高 ,视网膜裂孔形态以类圆孔最多 ,其次为锯齿缘断离。裂孔分布以颞下方最多。眼外伤致视网膜脱离 5 6例 ,占 2 7.86 %。结论∶外伤是少儿视网膜脱离的重要原因 ,遗传和胚胎期发育不良也是重要因素

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of retinal detachments in child.Method:The clinical data of 201 cases,206 eyes with retinal detachments in children who were younger than 17 years old were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Most of the patients were male who were 11 to 17 years old.Proliferative vitreoretinopathy( PVR) occurred mainly in grade B and grade C. The retinal tears showed oval holes firstly,and the serrative retinae secondly.The retinal tears were mostly in infratemporal .56 cases(27.86%)of retinal detachments caused by trauma.Conclusion:Trauma ,heredity and embryonic dysplasia are the very important factors for retinal detachments in children. |
