深圳市福田区64家工厂企业有毒作业分级调查

目的：为进一步开展职业病分级综合评价和对策研究提供科学依据。方法：对深圳市福田区64家工厂企业的234个有毒作业岗位的分级调查进行总结分析。结果：初步掌握了该区工厂企业接触有毒作业岗位的实际情况和危害程度，有9％作业岗位的毒物浓度超标，超标的作业岗位有61．9％集中在油印工种，接触毒物以三苯作业为主，其中甲苯作业危害级别属于Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的分别占10．1％和2．9％，三氯乙烯作业属Ⅲ级的占7．7％。结论：加强劳动卫生监察力度和完善劳动卫生知识培训制度是当前劳动卫生管理工作的重点。

Classified survey on toxicant work in 64 factories in Fu Tian District, Shen Zhen City

[Objective]To provide scientific basis for occupational disease evaluation and study. [Method]Study on 234 toxicant units in 64 enterprises in FuTian District in Shen Zhen . [Result]Basically know about the real situation and damage degree in those toxicant unit. 9% of them has an exceed- quota poison density, among which 61.9% are in mineograph work. The damage degree II of toluene is 10.1% , m 2.9 % , and that of trichloroethylene is 7.7 % . [ Conclusion] Labor hygiene administration work should be strengthened and labor hygiene knowledge should be spreaded.
