| 摘 要： | 采用先进的彩色三维经颅多普勒超声扫描仪(3D-TCD)和脑电地形图仪(BEAM),观察了脑动脉硬化症病人在血流变正常或高粘血症下大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度(S)的变化以及 MCA供血区域内的脑电功率谱(APS)的变化。探讨血流变化对脑血流和脑功能的影响。结果表明,当高粘血症时,MCA 的血流速度明显减慢;而供血区域内的脑电慢波(δ、θ)明显增多,快波(α、β)相应减少。与正常血流变时比较二者均有十分显著性差异。
